Ridge Pointe is an apartment complex that houses 264 students. Upperclassmen residents enjoy a kitchen and the options of an efficiency, two bedroom or four bedroom apartment. Ridge Pointe features an outdoor swimming pool and pergola. In the Ridge Pointe clubhouse, residents have 24 hour access to free laundry services and a study lounge. The clubhouse also provides residents an opportunity to play billiards or enjoy the big screen television. Students wishing to live at this complex have the option of signing a lease for the academic year or academic year plus summer. Residency in Ridge Pointe requires a minimum 2.5 HSU cumulative GPA.
Your New Home
Your apartment is fully furnished with a complete living room set, patio area and a kitchen with dishwasher, electric stove and refrigerator. The 2 or 4 bedroom apartments include two bathrooms, extra-long twin beds, nightstand, desk, desk chair, walk-in wardrobe closet, window blinds, cable TV connection and data port for internet connection. One bedroom efficiency apartments are furnished with a full size bed, a couch, chair, two end tables, window blinds, a walk-in wardrobe closet, cable TV connection and data port for internet connection.
Staff
Six university staff members live at Ridge Pointe. In five of the buildings, you will find one resident assistant (RA), a carefully selected and specially trained student with the experience and knowledge to help you get acclimated to your apartment. A Hall Director lives in the sixth building on property and is there to provide any additional help you may need. The Hall Director is responsible for the day-to-day management of the property.
