Henderson Foundation

H.E.A.R.T.

Many alumni and friends have asked how to support Henderson during this critical time in the university’s history.

The Henderson Emergency Alumni Reserve Trust (H.E.A.R.T.) is a new, separately held account within the Henderson Foundation. The purpose of H.E.A.R.T. is to help build the financial reserves necessary to support the long-term financial recovery of Henderson. An advisory group of alumni and friends will work with the Foundation as stewards of this fund. The Alumni and Development Office will work closely with Henderson's alumni and Foundation boards to determine representation. H.E.A.R.T. is the idea of alumnus, Dr. John Gyllin ('94, '96).

H.E.A.R.T. launched on May 18, 2020, in response to requests from alumni and friends of the university to provide a way to support the operational needs of the university. We are working to develop multi-year pledge options and will share those in the coming weeks. All gifts are processed by the Henderson State University Foundation and are tax-deductible as allowed by law. Please contact foundation@hsu.edu for any additional information.

Donations can be made online at https://hsu.edu/pages/heart/ or mailed to Henderson State University Foundation, 1100 Henderson Street, HSU Box 7550, Arkadelphia, AR 71999-0001.

As of June 3, 2020, H.E.A.R.T. has received 116 gifts totaling $37,520. Thank you for supporting Henderson!
