Transfer and Credit

Advanced Placement

Advanced Placement is high school coursework that leads to examination for college credit. Listed below are passing scores and the number of semester credit hours earned.

The offerings below have been reviewed in accordance with the 2018 ADHE policy for Advanced Placement. Please notice however that course numbers below reflect HSU course numbers not ACTS (Arkansas Course Transfer System) numbers.

Credit will only be transcripted after a student earns 15 credits at Henderson State with grades of "C" or better. It is the responsibility of the student to contact the Registrar’s Office and request transcription of credit. In all cases credit will be transcripted as CR (Credit Earned). A maximum of 30 credit hours by examination may count toward graduation.
