Welcome to HSU Bands
There’s a band for you at HSU! We offer opportunities for performance in seven large ensembles, including the Showband of Arkansas, Wind Ensemble, Symphony Band, Concert Band, Reddie Pep Band, NuFusion Jazz Ensemble, and HSU Brass Band. Henderson State University music majors experience an intense, well-rounded, and interactive learning environment driven to prepare students for successful careers in music education and performance. For students considering a major other than music, the HSU band program is a way to continue with music after high school, get involved with college life, and have fun performing for enthusiastic audiences. Band scholarships are available for any student wishing to participate in band, regardless of major. Explore our various ensembles.
