Talent Search is a college preparatory program designed to encourage students in grades 6-12 to complete high school, enter college and complete postsecondary education. Talent Search students are prepared for the rigors of higher education with an emphasis on personal development, academic advising, career planning, and financial literacy through monthly workshops provided at each school.
Talent Search is a federal TRIO program sponsored by the U.S. Department of Education.
Talent Search staff work with students from the following schools and districts:

- Bismarck School District
- Gurdon School District
- Malvern School District
- Murfreesboro High School

- Summer enrichment activities (middle school STEM Camp and high school “College Hop”)
- Tutoring (upon request)
