The Information Technology Services (ITS) Help Desk provides technology support to students, faculty, and staff on a wide range of products. The Help Desk is located on the second floor of Foster Hall. Foster is surrounded by the dining hall, Sturgis Hall, and East Hall. The ITS Help Desk is staffed weekdays between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. for in-person support.
The waiting area is limited to three people at a time. Scheduling an appointment is recommended.
The Help Desk maintains an easy-to-use 24/7 ticket support portal at help.hsu.edu.
Some problems can be resolved by reviewing information that is posted on MyHenderson. MyHenderson provides steps on how to access email for students, faculty, and staff.
