The M.L.A. is designed to cultivate an appreciation of cultural ideas and ideals, such as truth, order, and beauty. The program focuses on the development of critical thinking, written and oral communication, and scholarly research.

Mentoring faculty offering courses in English, history, geography, political science, art, communications, philosophy, music, and theater.
