Commencement participation is limited to students earning an Associate, Bachelor, or Graduate-Level degree. The formal commencement ceremonies occur at the close of fall and spring semesters. Students are not eligible to participate in fall commencement if they are required to take further classes during spring semester. Students are not eligible to participate in May commencement if they lack more than 7 hours needed to graduate. Students must have pre-registered for the remaining hours in order to take part in commencement. Exceptions to this rule must be approved by the Registrar.
