Primary health care and health promotion services are provided by registered nurses and an advanced practice nurse in the Student Health Center located in Mooney Hall (first floor). All currently enrolled Henderson students are eligible for services. The Center phone number is 870 230-5102.

Henderson requires all students born after 1956 to have proof of immunization for measles, mumps, and rubella.  All freshmen and international students are required to have proof of two doses of measles vaccine, one dose of rubella vaccine, and one dose of mumps vaccine. All other students are required to have proof of one dose of measles vaccine, one dose of rubella vaccine, and one dose of mumps vaccine. Copies of immunization records can be faxed to 870 230-5064.
