Undergraduate Catalog 2008-2010 PRINT PAGE

No refund on student fees will be made unless claim is made at the Office of the Vice President for Student Services at the time of withdrawal. The student identification card must be submitted at the time of withdrawal. Refunds will apply to registration fees.   All other fees are refundable only during the 100% refund bracket. Refunds for the time from the scheduled registration date to the date of withdrawal are as follows:

   0% .............................................Beginning July 12

   Fall 2008
   100% .......................................August 25 - August 26
   75% .........................................August 27 - September 11
   0% ...........................................Beginning September 12

   Spring 2008
   100% .....................................January 12
   75% .......................................January 13 - January 28
   0% .........................................Beginning January 29

   I Summer 2009
   100% ................................First class day
   0% .....................Beginning sixth class day

 A student who withdraws from the university will owe room and board until officially checked out of the residence hall.
