HOW TO SIGN UP FOR FREE TUTORING

1. Fill out a Tutor Request Form in the SSS office.
2. Meet with Ms. Debbie Miller the SSS Tutor Coordinator to fill out Tutee Contract.
3. Receive tutor assignment from Ms. Miller.
4. All tutors and tutees will sign-in at the SSS office before each tutoring session begins.
5. Students must attend tutoring sessions. Excessive cancellations or no-shows to tutoring session will cause student to lose tutoring privileges.
6. Students are asked to fill out a tutor evaluation at the end of each semester that tutoring was received.
