The HSU Theatre and Dance program strives to give the student a balanced education--both intellectual and artistic.  In a program stressing individual initiative and responsibility, HSU students explore the literature of the theatre while learning performance skills through practical stagecraft.

• Four major theatre productions and one dance concert annually
• Small classes, one-on-one instruction
• Immediate, onstage experience beginning in the freshman year

• Participation in both the American College Theatre Festival (ACTF) and American College Dance Festivals (ACDF).
