Postponements

Contests may be postponed due to poor weather, poor field conditions, or conflict with school activities.  When a team sport has been postponed because of weather, the IM office is only required to reschedule the game if it is during tournament play. When tournament games are rescheduled all other games for that sport during that week are subject to change - all teams are responsible to re-check the schedule when this happens.  Classification matches for individual and doubles events will be rescheduled when postponed due to poor weather.  On a day of activities when it has been raining or threatening to rain, the decision to cancel the activities will be made by 2:30 pm.  Teams and participants may call the IM office at 230-5166 for this decision.  Outdoor sports are played in all types of weather.

These sports are only cancelled when there is a danger to participants or the possibility of damaging the playing field.
