Basketball (3-on-3)

This game originated on playgrounds across America. It is also referred to as street ball by many. There is an uncertainty of when and where the first game was played. It is a fast paced, high intensity form of basketball.

Henderson State University holds a tournament for both men and women participants ranging from 20 men’s teams to 10 women’s teams. Games are played only on a half court setting. You play to 15 scoring by one’s and two point baskets. Team must win by two points. Every game consists of a three game contest. Winner of two games moves on.
