Ultimate Frisbee
Ultimate Frisbee is a competitive non-contact team sport played with a flying disc. The object of the game is to score points by passing the disc into the opposing end-zone, similar to American football. The first collegiate Ultimate club was formed by Joel Silver when he arrived at Lafayette College in 1970.
A 7-on-7 double elimination tournament is held for men’s and co-ed teams. Games are played at the intramural fields. Contests are played to 15, scoring one point for every time you cross the end-zone. This is a new sport to Henderson’s intramural program. Six teams participated last year. T-shirts are awarded to champions
