Schedule Guidelines

The Garrison Center is the central location for planning ALL events on and off campus. The SITE Planning Form is the form used to expedite and centralize services on and off campus. 

     To reserve a room in the GARRISON CENTER, complete a SITE Planning Form at least 14 working days prior to the event as stated on the back of the form and mail, fax or hand deliver it the the Garrison Center Information Office. The Garrison Center will distribute the Information to ARAMARK, Maintenance, Media Services, HSU Police and other offices as deemed necessary. 

    To reserve a CLASSROOM on campus, you must first contact Sharon Gardner in the office of Academic Affairs, third floor Womack Hall (870-230-5134) for room availability. A SITE Planning Form must then be completed at least 14 working days prior to the event as stated on the back of the form so that the Garrison Center can distribute the form to ARAMARK, Maintenance, Media Services, HSU Police and other offices deemed necessary. Without permission from Academic Affairs and without a planning form submitted, doors may not be unlocked, air or lights turned on, media needs or food delivered in time. 

    To reserve ROOM(S) IN OTHER BUILDINGS , must contact building supervisor for permission for usage. A SITE Planning Form must be completed at least 14 working days prior to the event as stated on the back of the form. The Garrison Center will distribute the information to ARAMARK, Maintenance, Media Services, HSU Police and other offices deemed necessary. 

    To request tables, chairs, media equipment, a SITE Planning Form must be completed. the Garrison Center will distribute the form to ARAMARK, Maintenance, Media Services, HSU Police and other offices deemed necessary.
