Middle Level Education--BSE

Middle childhood is an exciting growth period for children. If you want to be a part of this enlightening time, majoring in middle level education is the right choice for you. This program is designed to prepare you to work with students in 4th grade through 8th grade. You can specialize in the two subjects that interest you the most:  math, science, language arts, or social studies.

SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATIONS for juniors and seniors are due Friday, March 6, 2015.  Check website later for application form.

INTERNSHIP APPLICATIONS for Spring 2015 internships are due October 1, 2014. Graduation applications should be completed BEFORE submitting internship application

Donnie Whitten's three education degrees from Henderson have brought him to a position as superintendant of the Arkadelphia School District and as a recognized community leader. For his many contributions, he was named one of "20 to Watch in 2007" by the Arkansas Democrat Gazette.
