USE FIRE EXTINGUISHERS ON SMALL FIRES ONLY IF SAFE TO DO SO. Pull the pin in the handle. Aim at the base of the fire. Squeeze the nozzle while sweeping the extinguisher back and forth.

AFTER EVACUATION Move away from the building. Move to the building's designated evacuation assembly area. Assist the handicapped. Do not re-enter the building for any reason until emergency personnel or appropriate university officials give permission to enter.
