FCS-Foods and Nutrition (B.S.)
The Henderson State University Foods and Nutrition Program is designed to help students to build a strong foundation in Foods and Nutrition. Upon completion of the program, students will receive a Bachelor of Sciences Degree in Family and Consumer Sciences with a specialization in Foods and Nutrition.
Career opportunities include areas such as food service management, food research, quality control, and hospitality facilities such as hotels and restaurants.
