Welcome to the Teachers College, Henderson Admissions and Clinical Experiences Website. Teachers College believes that it is crucial that all program candidates be provided with structured, but varied, experiences in public schools to effectively prepare them for the teaching profession. We strive to provide all candidates with opportunities to work in environments that respect and promote cultural diversity. This site was designed to provide potential and admitted candidates to the Teacher Education Program with information regarding admissions requirements, public school placement criteria and information, and internship requisites.

Mission Statement

The mission of the Office of Admissions and Clinical Experiences, Teachers College, Henderson is to facilitate student progression through the Teacher Education Program, from admission to graduation and licensure.The Office of Admissions and Clinical Experiences coordinates all program practica, admissions, program design, retention, teacher intern administrative services, and certification for Teacher Education students.As the principal resource for current program information, the Office provides advisement regarding program requirements to both students and faculty.The Office also serves as liaison agent to the public schools in the region.
