Giving to Henderson State University 

Henderson State University and the tradition of the Reddie Spirit impacts future generations through the generosity of our numerous alumni and friends. With your support, Henderson has been able to continue to educate students, providing them with a quality education and the skills for a better life. Scholarships make possible a student's dream of attaining a college education. In addition to making college a reality for future generations, your gifts have improved campus life and the educational experience for current Reddies. 

On very few campuses is it possible to work on a student publication, play sports, perform in a university music ensemble, work on a school play, complete academic internships, pledge a Greek organization, and work with others to improve the community through service, but Henderson provides students the opportunity to become involved in a variety of academic and extracurricular pursuits simultaneously.

Henderson is constantly improving and expanding. Over the past few years, we have constructed several new student dormitories, an athletic facility, and recreation center, and additional parking for our expanding student body. Henderson is currently completing construction of a new biological field station that will enable students a hands-on opprtunity to study plant and aquatic life. Within the next year, we hope to add a new student cafeteria and make much-needed improvements to the baseball field. With your support, the sky is the limit.

Ways to Give to Henderson

Henderson currently offers a variety of different ways to contribute. A donor may contribute directly to scholarships, departments and on-going projects, whether by one-time gifts, planned giving, corporate or matching gifts, bequests, and endowed and annual scholarships. Scholarships are held in trust by the Henderson State University Foundation, with whom the Henderson State University Office of Institutional Advancement works closely to invest your gifts, no matter how small or large, ensuring your support will continue to benefit students in the years ahead. Our goal is to work with you to achieve a common goal -- to improve and expand the reach of the school that we all know and love.

Because we want you to benefit from our relationship, too, your contributions are fully tax-deductible. Donors who reach a giving history of $10,000 or more are also invited to become members of our prestigious Heart Club.
