Caddo Cafeteria serves hot, nutritious meals three times a day during the week and twice on Saturdays and Sundays. Diners can choose from a fresh salad bar, hot lunch choice, pizza/pasta choice or a World's Fare line, which features cuisine from around the globe.

The Reddie Cafe inside Garrison Center contains a Quiznos sandwhich shop, a grill with pizza, hamburgers and more and a coffee house.

Students can use their regular meal plan in the Caddo and ID card cash in both the Caddo Cafeteria and the Reddie Cafe.
