Description:
Our speaker for this year’s Constitution Day observance will be the Honorable Randy Hill, Clark County District Court Judge. Everyone is invited.
All universities in the United States are required by an Act of Congress to set aside a day in September to honor the United States Constitution.
Henderson State University satisfies this requirement by inviting a prominent person from the wider university community to give a short speech.
Past speakers have included judges, prosecutors, representatives, a university president and lawyers working out of the Office of the Governor.
