Welcome to the Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center (ASBTDC) at Henderson State University!  The ASBTDC is a university-based economic development program which provides assistance to entrepreneurs and small businesses throughout Arkansas via a statewide network of seven offices.  As the state's premier business assistance program, the ASBTDC is dedicated to helping small businesses achieve success and to promoting economic development throughout the state.  Additionally, the ASBTDC is part of a national network of more than 1,000 small business development center offices, the largest small business assistance program in the United States.  


Any for-profit small business located or intending to locate within our service area may receive assistance from the Henderson State University SBTDC.  This center provides service to businesses in the followiong counties:  Clark, Dallas, Garland, Grant, Hot Spring, Howard, Montgomery, Pike, Polk, and Sevier.  To locate other centers within the state, visit
