Research Interests: The behavior, taxonomy, distribution, ecology, reproduction, anatomy, parasitology, food habits, and habitat selection of: mammals (bobcats, river otters, raccoons, mice, squirrels, bats), reptiles and amphibians (lizards, snakes, frogs, salamanders, turtles), birds, and fishes. Present research also includes studies of: the ecology of a particular insect, the establishment of exotic plants in lakes, the species present on islands in man-made lakes, and a symbiotic relationship between algae and tadpoles.
