Application for Admission/Readmission

 Admission Criteria for the Department of Nursing

The student must:

 

• Apply and gain admission to Henderson State University as a Nursing Major.
• Set up a plan of study (Record of Coursework form) with nursing advisor.
• Maintain a GPA of 2.5 or better
• Submit the Nursing Department form required, along with:
• A current transcript
• List of current classes
• APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION (Printable)
• APPLICATION FOR READMISSION (Printable)
