The HelpDesk is also known as PC Support. The primary purpose of the HelpDesk is to provide support for a wide range of technology. If there are any technology questions about Henderson equipment or services provided, the HelpDesk is exactly who should be contacted. The HelpDesk is available to answer questions for anyone. Although the HelpDesk will provide assistance if a service is not working properly, the HelpDesk is not a computer repair shop. The HelpDesk will diagnose the issue and determine the proper course of action to resolve the issue.
Contacting the HelpDesk
The HelpDesk is available weekdays between 8am and 5pm as long as Henderson's offices are open. The HelpDesk is generally closed for lunch between the hours 12pm and 1pm. If the HelpDesk is unavailable at the time of your call, please leave your name, number, and a quick summary of why you called.
