Homecoming Event Submission Form – 2012
We hope you are as excited about Homecoming 2012 as we are! Many events are being planned for alumni, friends, and students of Henderson State University. Homecoming Day is Saturday, October 20, 2012, and there are several activities scheduled during homecoming week. We look forward to seeing you on campus as we celebrate the Reddie Spirit!
We encourage you to submit events immediately for inclusion on the printed mailer that will be mailed to all Henderson alumni. All event submissions for the Homecoming Events Schedule should be made via the online web form below by the August 28 submission deadline. Only one contact name per event is allowed. This representative will be the only individual allowed to alter the submission. Please note that contact information (name, phone number, and email) will be published on the printed material and online for each event.
For events on campus that require room reservation (Garrison Center, etc.) or special set-up and equipment, please be sure to also secure reservations with the staff in those areas prior to submitting this form. If you would like your event listed on the Henderson online calendar – in addition to the Homecoming Events Schedule – please contact your department’s web editor.
After the submission deadline for the printed mailer (August 28), changes should be provided to the Office of Institutional Advancement to be updated on the Homecoming Events Schedule posted on the alumni web site. Changes must be made by calling 870-230-5401 or toll-free 1-877-733-2586. Visit the alumni website often for an updated schedule of Homecoming events. See you at Homecoming!
