Dragon*Con hosts a conference of scholarly sessions that meet in conjunction with the Dragon*Con convention.

In parentheses after each co-presenter's name, tell us that person's email address.
   If you have co-presenters, please add a short parenthetical note after each co-presenter's name to state how each will contribute to the scholarly presentation. The number of professional passes may be limited. We might need to contact you for additional information regarding co-presenter contributions.
    
 
   What you call your paper is up to you, but we may have to shorten lengthier titles when entering them in the conference program.
 
 
   Method of presentation:

Check all acceptable methods, as many or as few options as you like. Please keep in mind that, due to time constraints, we cannot guarantee acceptance if you check only one option.

   The conference can provide a VCR, boom box, slide projector, and PowerPoint projector.
They do not provide slide trays or computers. PowerPoint is easiest to use.

   If your paper is accepted, do not pay for convention registration. (If you have already paid, we may be able to get that payment refunded to you.) Academic presenters attend Dragon*Con with professional passes, with no registration fee. You may also bring a guest who can attend with free registration. A guest pass may not be sold or otherwise transferred to anyone other than the individual whose name appears on it. 
  
 
 
 
 

We will strive to ensure complimentary registration for presenters, but we cannot guarantee it at this time.  Prospective participants are encouraged to submit a guest application in advance as early as possible at the following address to increase the likelihood of guest
