Contract Information
Included in the Application Guide Booklet is all the necessary paperwork to make reservations for University housing. Both a signed contract and a $50 non-refundable application fee are required to reserve a room in University housing. Please be sure to mail roommate requests together.
All rooms are double occupancy; if space permits, however, private rooms may be rented for an additional fee. These rooms will be given on a first come, first serve basis and priority will be given to students who have lived in the halls longer. In assigning students to housing, the University does not discriminate on the basis of race, religious affiliation or national origin.
The University has a mandatory live-on policy which states: all unmarried full-time students with fewer than 60 hours, under the age of 21, not living with a parent or guardian, within a 60 mile radius of Henderson, MUST live in a residence hall and participate in a meal plan.
