FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE THROUGH ROTC!!!

Henderson State University can offer you a variety of different scholarships that will fit your needs. Each scholarship will cover: tuition, required fees, $900/year for textbooks, and a monthly stipend.

Four-Year Scholarship

* 4-Year High School Senior

High School Juniors can apply for a four year scholarship beginning Feb. 1, 2007.

Nursing
Army ROTC offers 2,3 and 4 year Nursing scholarships to qualified individuals at a "Partnership in Nursing Education" program. This scholarship guarantees service in the Army Nurse Corps upon graduation and commissioning. Contact us to day for more information.

Green to Gold
The Green to Gold Scholarship is for active duty Soldiers who have are toward the end of their initial enlistment. These scholarships are available for a duration of 2,3 or 4 years. The deadline for applying for the Green to Gold is April 1st for the upcoming academic year. Active Duty Service Members may also apply for the Green to Gold Non-Scholarship Option or through the new Green to Gold Active Duty Option.  For additional information please visit the link below.

1.) U.S. Citizen/Resident Alien                              1.) Contact the ROTC admissions officer
2.) Age 17-31                                                         2.) Conduct ROTC campus interview
3.) Meet medical qualifications                              3.) Schedule DODMERB physical
4.) Minimum score of 19 ACT                                 4.) Enroll in Army ROTC
5.) Complete Security clearance questionaire        5.) Earn YOUR rank of 2nd Lieutenant  &                                                                                       the privilege of leading America's soldiers.
6.) Minimum of 2.5 GPA for scholarship application
7.)Pass Army Physical Fitness Test
