      Worker Reading To Children

The morning program for three year olds in the Child Service Center is supervised by Beverly Baker, Assistant Professor, Family and Consumer Sciences.

The National Association For the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) extended accreditation to the Child Service Center in 1997.

The Child Service Center accepts a limited number of children, aged three to four and one-half. The Center is operated in connection with the Department of Family and Consumer Sciences and the Department of Elementary/Early Childhood/Special Education during the regular year. Because the enrollment is strictly limited, applications must be made considerably in advance of the opening date. The fees are $125 per semester for the regular three year old program.

The new facilities are very conducive to  learning.
