On Campus Athletic Training Facilities

The Reddie Athletic Complex is home to the Henderson State University Reddie Football team. Newly built, it houses lockerrooms, classrooms, administrative offices and Henderson's state of the art weight training and conditioning facility used by all the school's sports teams. Henderon's main athletic training room is housed in this facility. A large facility with ample treatment and taping areas. It also contains a seperate hydrotherapy room, office space, and a physicians exam room.

The Wells Building is home to the Department of Health, Physical Education, Recreation, and Athletic Training. Downstairs, it contains Duke Wells Gymnasium, the swimming pool, dressing rooms for men's and women's basketball, volleyball, swimming and diving, and all other athletics department administrative offices. Upstairs, it houses the HPER-AT office suite, multimedia equipped classrooms, the Human Physiology and Rehabiliation Laboratory, and the Athletic Training Laboratory. Both of these facilities contain state of the art and cutting edge training and rehabilitation equipment. This offers students hands-on expereince with many of the new and traditional treatment styles and modalities. |
Off Campus Athletic Training Facilities

Hot Springs Sports Medicine, Rehabilitation, and Fitness is the a comprehensive facility that provides a full range of physical therapy and rehabiliation services to a broad spectrum of patients. It houses a physical therapy center, fitness center, and state-of-the-art SwimEx under one roof. |

Levi Hospital offers outpatient rehab services, which houses a 3,000 square ft. gym and a 50' x 20' pool filled with thermal waters from Hot Springs National Park. Rehabilitation services aids patients in recovery from strokes, surgery, accidents and sports-related injuries and treatment to help ease symptoms of various diseases including arthritis, osteoporosis, lupus and fibromyalgia. The Levi Sports Medicine program includes physical therapists and athletic trainers providing injury prevention services and endurance training, as well as treating injuries, at several local high schools. |

Arkadelphia Physical Therapy is locally owned and operated and the newest of the ATEP's affiliated sites. It offers patients a large treatment area, state of the art therapeutic modalities, rehabilitation area, and isokinetic testing. Adjoining the facility is a full functional fitness center. |
