Welcome! The Department of Biology offers courses designed to meet the needs of students preparing for professional careers in industry, government, and education, and to provide a strong foundation for students preparing for graduate work. Courses that develop an understanding and appreciation of the living world as a part of a liberal education are provided for all students. Appropriate courses are also offered to meet requirements for pre-professional work in the paramedical areas.
