Deed of Gift Form
The Deed of Gift form is designed to legally assign ownership of materials donated to the Huie Library Special Collections to said Special Collections. Donated materials will be administered in accordance with the established policies of Special Collections. The Deed of Gift form constitutes the transfer of title and defines the terms of the transfer.

The donor hereby gives these materials and transfers legal title to Huie Library Special Collections with the following conditions:
Researchers who conform to the rules for researchers established by Huie Library Special Collections may have full access to these materials, including the right to make copies of them. Items not retained by Special Collections shall be given approproate disposition as determined by Special Collections, unlessl the donor specifically requests in this agreement that items not retained be returned to the donor.
