Claudia is currently serving her ninth year as Director of Theatre at Henderson, a position she held previously at the University of Central Arkansas. She also served five years as Theatre Coordinator at the Texas Tech University Center and eight years as an IATSE stagehand/master electrician. She has directed over fifty theatrical productions for professional, university, civic, community, and high school theatres, and acted professionally in summer stock, dinner theatres, and television commercials. Recent projects in directing include The Laramie Project, Our Town, Proof, Fiddler on the Roof, Dancing at Lughnasa, and Brighton Beach Memoirs for Henderson, and Hamlet, Fiddler on the Roof and Much Ado About Nothing for the Oklahoma Shakespearean Festival. She has been named “College Teacher of the Year” by the Arkansas State Communication Association, is a past Board Member of the Southwest Theatre and Film Association, and past editor of Theatre Southwest. She currently serves as Chair of Region VI of the Kennedy Center American College Theater Festival.

Douglas is a member of the United States Institute of Theatre Technology [USITT], USITT Design Expo committee member & exhibition space designer, a USITT/Southwest member, and former Region VI Design Chair for the Kennedy Center American College Theater Festival. Douglas is a recent recipient of a 2007 Individual Artist Fellowship from the Arkansas Arts Council. His scenic design for Titus Andronicus was juried into the biennial USITT Design Exhibition 2006 and included this past summer in the national journal TD&T. Other recognition includes KC/ACTF scenic design awards for Miss Julie, Faulkner's Bicycle, & J.B and a directing award for Hedda Gabler. Recent designs include Talley's Folly, The Crucible, A Tuna Christmas, The Boys Next Door, Fiddler on the Roof, The Laramie Project & Our Town. In addition, Douglas has designed for Minnesota Repertory Theatre, Emporia Summer Rep & University of Arkansas at Monticello. Most recently, he was festival scenic designer for The Oklahoma Shakespearean Festival 2004, 2005 & 2006 seasons, scenic designer for The University of Memphis production of Noises Off in the fall of 2006 and scenic designer for the Arkansas Shakespeare Theatre 2009 season.

William has served as the Resident Costume Designer and Professor of Theatre at Henderson State University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas since 2000. William has worked as costume shop manager for Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas and Grossmont Junior College in El Cajon, California. William has designed costumes for Oklahoma Shakespearean Festival; Mixed Players of Ashland, Oregon; Houston Children’s Theatre Festival; Miracle Theatre Productions of San Diego; San Diego University Opera productions; San Jose’s City Lights and Make-up for Fort Worth’s Circle Theatre and Houston Children’s Theatre Festival. William has also been a costume technician at Utah Shakespearean Festival in Cedar City,UT; The Old Globe Theatre in San Diego,CA; Oregon Shakespeare Festival, The Santa Fe Opera, Santa Fe, NM; and Glimmerglass Opera in Cooperstown, NY. He is a member of the United States Institute for Theatre Technology Costume Commission. The Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival has recognized his designs regionally. He has also contributed to the book Developing and Maintaining a Design and Technology Portfolio by Raphael Jaen.

Jennifer is currently an artist in residence at Henderson State University; where she is the dance program director, instructor, and the HSU dance company director and choreographer. She is also instructor of dance at Ouachita Baptist University and the Arkansas Arts Center Summer Theatre Academy. Jennifer is a recipient of a 2007 Individual Artist Fellowship from The Arkansas Arts Council recognizing her artistic ability in choreography. Annually, she is a modern master teacher for The American College Dance Festival Regional Conferences throughout the country. Maddox has taught for Hendrix College; where she co-founded, choreographed, and directed the Hendrix Dance Ensemble. She has also been instructor of dance at UALR, director and choreographer for the Arkansas Celebration of Dance, instructor for the ARC National Performing Arts, and instructor of dance for the Little Rock Arts & Humanities Commission.
