Mass Media

Students prepare for graduate study and a wide range of professional opportunities, including advertising and public relations, print journalism, broadcasting and converging new media.

Practical experience is an integral part of the curriculum.

KSWH, Henderson's FM radio station, provides a service to the community and broadcast practicum experience for students.  Henderson television, HTV, provides students with hands-on production and performance experience, with shows aired on cable television.  The Star yearbook and print and online editions of The Oracle newspaper provide experience in journalism and design.
