loans equipment to HSU faculty/staff and students (for faculty sponsored projects). We have a wide array of equipment that is available for use according to the governor’s directive. Our policy is to loan equipment for 1-3 days on a check in/check out basis. Students checking out equipment for faculty sponsored projects must fill out a blue slip obtained at the
MultiMedia
Learning
Center
and have an appropriate faculty member’s signature before picking up the equipment. Equipment returned after the expected return date will be subject to a $5.00 late fee. By signing our check out sheet the lessee agrees to physical and fiscal responsibility for the equipment loaned and accessories such as cables, battery chargers, cords, etc.
