PC
All PC's have the following Microsoft programs:
Access - a powerful database tool that allows you to enter data (like an address list or Christmas card list) and organize it to be used later to print labels, run reports, etc.
Excel - a spreadsheet program designed to make simple and complex calculations ranging from keeping your checkbook to running complex statistical analysis. Excel is very easy to use and can be dressed up by adding clipart, pictures and charts.
PowerPoint - use this program to turn lectures, class material or presentations into beautifully polished slide shows. Power Point easily lets you make professional presentations with a large range of pre designed backgrounds and animations.
Publisher - indulge your creative side and make personalized business cards, invitations, flyers, brochures and much more using this simple desktop publishing program
Word - not just a simple word processor, Word has features that make writing papers, outlines and reports easier. Use the built in table of contents maker of the large selection of clipart to enhance whatever it is you are working on.

Satellite Teleconference
MMLC has C and Ku band satellite down-link capabilities. Teleconferences may be down-linked to the conference rooms in the Education Center, and the Huie Library classroom. To schedule a teleconference, make arrangements with Sandy Rogers in Media Services.
