Do What You Are

The “Do What You Are” Personality Assessment asks you a wide variety of questions on what you enjoy, how you make decisions, how you perceive the world, and how you interact with people. You will gain information to help you match yourself with working conditions and environments. Complete the assessment then choose the document that corresponds to your temperament and personality type. ONET Interest Profiler

The O*NET Interest Profiler can help you find out what your interests are and how they relate to the world of work. You can find out what you like to do.

ONET Skills Profiler

Use the Skills Profiler to create a list of your skills and match them to job types that use those skills. 

ONET Work Values Assessment

Use the Values Assessment to understand your beliefs about what is important or desirable. When your values line up with how you live and work, you tend to feel more satisfied and confident. Living or working in ways that contradict your values can lead to dissatisfaction, confusion, and discouragement. So there is good reason to clarify your values, and seek to match your work to them.
