Lady Reddies Sweep OBU, Now 6-3 in GSC

Henderson swept Ouachita Baptist for the second time this season on Tuesday night in Arkadelphia, Ark., by scores of 28-26, 25-18 and 25-15.
Three time Gulf South Conference offensive player of the week Tatiana Kuhn totaled 20 kills, while Robin Law earned seven. Michelle Long, Shawana Watkins and Dalia Serra all totaled four kills on the night.
All-American Bethany Wright added 18 digs to her career GSC record total, while Melissa Silva added seven and Kuhn totaled six.
Long and Kuhn each earned three blocks, including two solo stops.
Serra led the team with 14 set assists. Stephanie Batchelder contributed with 11 more.
Henderson State (6-3 GSC, 13-14 overall) will look at add another big conference win to its total on its run to the GSC tournament on Thursday night when the team will play host to Southern Arkansas on Thursday night in Arkadelphia at 7 p.m. The Lady Reddies swept SAU in Magnolia earlier this month.
