Henderson State Drops Home GSC Match to UAM

Henderson State failed to find its offensive rhythm against Arkansas Monticello on Tuesday night in Arkadelphia, hitting .062 for the match and committing 33 attack errors in a four set loss, 25-22, 25-27, 25-18 and 25-22. The loss drops the Lady Reddies to 12-14 overall and 5-3 in the GSC.

Tatiana Kuhn led all players with 20 kills, but the outside hitter committed 16 attack errors (.054). Robin Law totaled 13 kills for HSU.

All-American libero had a whopping 33 digs in the loss, while Melissa Silva (16), Shannon Todd (11) and Kuhn (11) also contributed.

Dalia Serra totaled 16 set assists, while Todd (3) and Michelle Long (2) led the team in blocks.

HSU will return to the court Tues. night Oct. 27 at Ouachita Baptist at 7 p.m.
