HSU SBTDC employees understand that personal courtesy to all individuals, concern for the client and the client's needs, concern for maintaining confidentiality of sensitive trade secrets, the avoidance of conflicts of interest, and the avoidance of the appearance of conflicts of interest are essential to the image and credibility of the HSU SBTDC, the sponsoring Universities, and our funding partner, the U.S. Small Business Administration.
HSU SBTDC employees will not discuss individual client information with parties outside the HSU SBTDC network except for the explicit purpose of carrying out my responsibilities as an HSU SBTDC employee. I understand that common sense requires that reasonable discretion be used at all times when discussing any individual client information outside the HSU SBTDC network.

Small Business Administration through a partnership with the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and the Henderson State University School of Business.
