Ordering Henderson Business Cards

The official design includes black and silver on a white vellum card. All business cards ordered with university money will be printed in this design.

First enter a DPS request to order business cards, then complete the on-line form below. The vendor for Henderson State University business cards is Bill Hall Printers of Hot Springs. Price: 250 @ $21.60     500 @ $28.65     1000 @ $40.10. The requisition number must be included in order to submit your request.

We will send you a proof to approve. Please make any corrections needed, record the P.O. number on the proof, and fax to 5483 or mail to box 7823.  We will make any needed corrections and get your order to the vendor. The vendor will deliver your cards and an invoice to the post office on campus. Your cards will be delivered to your campus box approximately 2 1/2 weeks after Public Relations receives your initialed proof.

The size of the card will be 2" by 3.5"
