Supported vs. Non-supported Printers

What is a supported printer?

1. It must be a Hewlett-Packard printer.
2. It must be a laser printer.
3. Monochrome (black) and color printers.
4. Laser printers that we or our service providers can get replacement parts for.

What is a non-supported printer?

1. Any brand other than a Hewlett-Packard printer.
2. Injets, deskjets, all-in-one, or multi function printers, or any printer that is not a laser printer.
3. HP laser printers that we or our service providers cannot get parts for.
