Strategy Five

Participate in the “Great Colleges to Work For” Survey in The Chronicle of Higher Education

Henderson has very little data to assist with identifying strengths and weaknesses in areas affecting the quality of life of its employees. The “Great Colleges to Work For” survey will be used by more than 300 institutions of higher learning nationwide this year. The survey is administered by ModernThink, LLC, using a survey it has adapted for the higher-education environment that has been successfully employed in 55 Best Places to Work programs and more than 4,000 organizations. Beginning in the spring of 2014, Henderson will participate in the survey to gather baseline data for making improvements in the quality of life for all employees.
