ITS Help Desk

The Information Technology Services (ITS) Help Desk provides technology support to students, faculty, and staff on a wide range of products.    The Help Desk maintains an easy to use 24/7 ticket support portal.  Go to to submit a ticket.  The Help Desk is located in Foster Hall which is between the dining hall, Sturgis Hall, and East Hall.  The ITS Help Desk is staffed weekdays between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Come to Foster Hall during business hours for in-person support.

Some problems can be resolved by reviewing information that is posted on MyHenderson or on the Canvas login page (for online courses).  MyHenderson provides steps on how to access email for students, faculty, and staff.   General information about Canvas can be found by clicking on the small help link in the Canvas login box.
